Donald Trump's investment accounts bought Boeing stock on June 18, 2026. That same day, the Navy handed Boeing $880 million.
The Pentagon published one half. Trump signed the other. Nobody disputes either.
The purchase sits on page eight of Trump's periodic transaction report, line 206: "BOEING PANY" — the ethics form carries the typo — purchase, 6/18/2026, $250,001 to $500,000. Trump signed the certification himself on August 12, swearing the report true, complete and correct. The Office of Government Ethics logged it the next day. Keith Sonderling certified it on August 20.
The Navy took the top slot on the Pentagon's June 18 contracts page, awarding "The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri" an $880,000,000 contract for P-8A Poseidon aircrew and maintenance training systems, running to June 2031. Six words sit near the end of the entry: "This contract was not competed."
Boeing collected twice on the eighteenth. The same page lists a second award — the Defense Logistics Agency exercising a $55.4 million option with Boeing, also for the P-8A.
Trump did not buy only Boeing that day. His June filing runs 34 pages and more than a thousand transactions, and on June 18 alone his accounts bought Visa, Mastercard, Cintas, Home Depot, Moody's, T-Mobile, Procter & Gamble, Disney, Chipotle and dozens more. Several ran bigger than Boeing. Visa and Mastercard each landed in the $1 million to $5 million band, four times the size of the Boeing line. Boeing shares then fell in the days after June 18.
That is the honest shape of it. Trump's managers run model portfolios that copy a stock index. You copy an index long enough, you end up owning the company the Navy is paying. Nobody has produced a document showing what Trump knew on June 18, or who pressed the button.
