💸 GUILFOYLE OUT

The White House asked Kimberly Guilfoyle to resign as ambassador to Greece this morning, less than a week after a Wall Street Journal story said she asked a donor to pay a $100,000 credit-card bill in exchange for access. She is Donald Trump Jr.'s former fiancée. She is also the third woman out of her post this year. And the corruption now sits inside the president's family: a week ago the Putin-allied oligarch who paid for Don Jr.'s wedding celebration said Don Jr. had paid him back. Katie Zacharia announced it at her first briefing as press secretary. "We have asked Ambassador Guilfoyle to resign," she said. "She has been a wonderful asset to the team, and we wish her well." She gave no reason and named no replacement. Guilfoyle resigned this morning, NBC reported, and wrote on X that the allegations are false.

🎤 THE PODIUM

Katie Zacharia took the White House podium this morning as the press secretary Trump introduced as "an attorney," a title no state bar can confirm. She read a statement praising him, took three reporters' questions, announced that the White House had asked Kimberly Guilfoyle, Trump's ambassador to Greece, to resign, and left. She was out in about 14 minutes. Roughly half of that was the statement, read from prepared text, on Trump's achievements and his rallies for the midterms. She gave the first question to Breitbart, in the seat the White House keeps for new media.

Trump is helping Putin, and Ukraine is paying for it. Putin fired five ballistic missiles into Kyiv overnight, and Zelensky says no partner warned him they were coming. Trump got his diesel first. He came off a call with Putin on Friday and posted that Russia would send up to 4.8 million tons of it in stages. By 2:43 that afternoon he had his license: Russian diesel into American ports for six months, through April 7, 2027.

Donald Trump posted late Monday that Russia and China are helping Iran "not at all." Marco Rubio's State Department sanctioned three Chinese satellite firms five months ago over pictures of American bases that Iran used to aim its strikes. Trump put the denial on Truth Social, answering the "Radical Left Morons and Lunatics" who say otherwise.
