Trump called Sundar Pichai and asked for the Atlantic Ocean. Pichai said no.
Trump told it himself, to a rally in Pendleton, S.C., on Wednesday night. "Sundar, I'm thinking of the Atlantic Ocean. Can you handle it?" Pichai, in Trump's telling, would not. "No, no, no. This time I'm not doing it." Then the reason. "Oceans are different, sir. They cover really a lot of countries. Please don't ask us to do that."
Google had said yes to him twice before, and the reason it stopped at three is the whole story.
