Vladimir Putin's operatives put a fake sexual-assault video on James Talarico the day after Texas early voting opened. No one in the administration has said Putin's name.

The video went up on X on Oct. 20 and drew more than 1.3 million views; researchers at Graphika tied it within a day to Storm-1516, which they link to Russian military intelligence. The next day Sen. Mark Warner and Rep. Jim Himes left a classified briefing and said Russia is "going after Democrats"; Warner named Talarico and Sen. Jon Ossoff as "being dinged" by AI ads. As far as The Narativ could find, no statement from the director of national intelligence, the FBI or CISA names Russia for any of it as of Monday night.

Trump pays Putin while it runs: Russian diesel licensed Oct. 9, every Graham-act sanction waived Oct. 16, Russia's sovereign wealth fund under review for delisting at Treasury.

Russia is the loudest of four governments with a stake in Tuesday's count. The other three do it with money, and the money is legal.
