One avenue I don't hear so much about anymore is that all this interference of federal government & putting armed NG soldiers in cities, violates the Posse Comitatus Act. I believe one judge brought it up in a case against trump where it was successful & trump lost. Thing is, we have to keep pushing back, because when we do, trump retreats like the bully he is. There has to be more continuous protests & rallies. The more, the better. There was a huge rally for Garcia when he had to report to ICE detention facility. Thank heavens he has good lawyers & a judge that has stood up & demanded of trump that Garcia NOT go to Uganda OR Costa Rica.
