What other invisible wavelengths could Elon bounce off these signs? Measure the little designs, and compare to actual wavelengths! Length of waves. Software is very good at doing math calculations, so if your objective is to be sure candidate X never gets more than, say, 43% of the vote, the software could theoretically be written to drop or add just enough votes on either side to make sure of that.
IMHO, we need to be paying attention to the companies that certify voting systems. These companies are paid by the voting systems companies themselves to run the test and certify the system. If you are corrupt, why bother? Just take the money and rubber-stamp the system; it's so much easier for everyone that way. In 2024, there were only 2 companies certifying the voting systems, and one of those looks very crooked, both according to the SMART Elections folks contesting the Rockland County, NY election, and to the writer of the following article, who makes a good case:
