Just occured to me: Epstein could have lunch or dinner or coffee or drinks with one of his rich-and-powerful-contacts/clients at one of eptein’s homes and discuss where the client was going next on business, even with the client’s wife at the table. By the end of the meal or the visit one of Epstein’s helpers could have put together a stack of pictures, some of new girls and some of old favorites, and each girl currently lived in an Epstein girl-stash apartment in one of the cities on the client’s travel itinerary. Hence Ludnick left the island with "ALL THE NANNIES"
Would be good to ask the wives of Howard Lutnick, Bill Gates, and others if this sounds familiar.
Epstein had problems for years trying to attach and/or encode naked trafficking victim pictures into emails. Perhaps this was his solution for his top-tier clients? I'm sure the clients paid quite a bit for the service but I suspect that Epstein mostly wanted the income to cover the trafficking infrastructure and overhead: appartments, transport, the best "modeling" scouts all over the world, etc. If he kept the traficking operation at break-even plus a little more he could offer discounts and occasional gifts to his top tier clients in return for what he REALLY wanted: information and collaboration on schemes, fraud, money laundering ,insider trading, etc, etc. And. . . . he could count on his clients silence and protection because by protecting him they protected themselves. Of course I may be totally off base, but sometimes it just helps to view the situation through the lense of a new working hypothesis. If you hear the click of puzzle pieces falling in place,, well at least use it till the clicking stops.
Addendum: I just found a 2009 email EFTA00776466 FROM a redacted sender TO Epstein. The sender writes of a "friend coming to the USA this summer as a student" on a J1 visa and "Take a look at her, may be you will be interested. Her name is Ann." Several jpeg imageas are attached to the email with names that look like Ann1.jpg, Ann2,jpg, etc in an Eastern European (Cyrilic ?) font.
The subject line of the email reads: "Subject: from Nanny", in this case referring to pictures of "Nanny", from "Nanny". The next DOJ sequential number, EFTA00776466, was facially redacted and looked like it came from a girl's modeling portfolio.
I'm finding it very easy to believe that at least from 2009 - 2013 "Nanny" was in use as a code word for girls being trafficked in the Epstein/Maxwell network.

Have you done a full word search on nanny in the files? Model, nanny, masseuse...all code. Then there are all the food code words. Sometimes these perps just talked openly, often in code.

Epstein was very good at adapting to situations--sexually and otherwise--which made him a great con man. He could become what people needed him to be. I think from the accusations that he made their lives impossible so they were trapped--he was evil.
Documents found in Epstein files, show Lutnick lied under oath, he is deep into illegal financial activities and collusion with other countries. These documents must be provided to Congress (both House and Senate) and they MUST FORCE HIM OUT OF U.S. GOVERNMENT!!
