Russia is interested in getting more of the melting Arctic Ocean to move their oil tankers--their shadow fleet. This is likely why Vance & Rubio had to touch base with Russia. The Arctic is the fastest warming region on Earth. Look it up. Again Trump uses a distraction from his true motives--so called 'security.'
