Peter Ticktin wants martial law if November is "another rigged election." He said so on tape.
Ticktin went to military school with Donald Trump. He is Tina Peters' lawyer. On Sept. 30 he joined a video call for MAGA election activists, streamed on Rumble, and told them "there would have to be martial law in the event... [of] another rigged election." Axios obtained the call and printed it Friday morning.
The remedy, he told Axios, would "probably need to be commandeering of ballots and election equipment to make sure that we can get to the bottom of it before anything further occurs." Gregory Stenstrom, another speaker on the same call, wanted the election paused, and failing that, Trump invoking the National Emergencies Act to force the states to change how they run their elections. The host steered viewers to sign up as Republican poll workers.
