Yow. Michael Wolff has astute lawyers! He must also live in New York State, where the SLAPP law applies. Not every state has such a good law against legal intimidation (lawsuits) by the wealthyaimed at causing writers, journalists and others toshut up. Actually, let me update my Nov. 5 comment. I've since learned that as a writer, Wolff has many detractors, first, because of factual errors in several books on Trump, and lately because he did nothing to assist authorities in closing down Epstein's sex trafficking, which Wolff knew about in detail. I would no longer call Wolff "an upright author". More like a glam-oriented opportunist - a gossip columnist - who prefers to haul in the royalties by hanging around the rich and famous so he can tell stories.

It seemed to me that Epstein may have had a close relationship to Wexner. A OSINT resistor on X (Venture Capital-Kelly) had a thread telling that Rybolovlev torn down the house after Trump sold it to him & divided the property into 4 lots. Strangely enough, this property was near a hub of underwater cables.
Trump-ie is forgiven!!! Such a great guy, that Trump-ie!! To be fair, I don't think this kind of "forgiveness for the wealthy" by banks is that unusual. I recall a series of cases in India where "ordinary" businesspeople were penalized roundly if they did not keep up their loan repayments to banks. YET when a number of the businesses of India's Extremely Wealthy Classes defaulted, the same banks simply forgave the huge loans they'd made. SPECIAL TREATMENT for the 1%.
