What a Circus. The orange cretin wouldn’t let Carney speak. It was embarrassing!

Why does anyone come to the White House. NO Head of any Government should “visit” the White House until, if ever, this cretin is gone?

Carney did speak, clearly and deliberately, articulating Canada’s sovereignty; respectfully, at the end of each Trump soliloquy directed at Canada. I watched the whole thing, but perhaps you didn’t. Trump threw in the towel, and stopped the media coverage at the end of his last statement, in clear recognition that Carney was correcting all his statements with facts.

The felon loves Canada? That’s the lie of the century, he wants to pillage our resources, take away healthcare and voting rights.

The orange cretin is just that… he is deplorable.

Mr. Carney is a gentleman, an economist, a true diplomat. Who so wants to speak, but the oc as usual continuously interrupts. He is lying with every other word. I have ptsd because of him.

If we don’t do something now… we will loose our Democracy this summer.

Mark Carney we wish you all the best.

When DT said “Never say never”, Prime Minister Carney mouthed “Never, never, never, never.”

I didn't expect tRump to ask what wasn't a question in the first place - as you even noted it wasn't a question - and all he did was his ramble of insults with the supposed financial support of Canada and supposed way it's been an uneven relationship and although I thought Carney tried valiantly to respond it wasn't even tRump's skill that prevented him it was the clamor of the press. Otherwise I felt he'd have corrected some of those statements and suspect he will later anyway when they are more alone together.

P.S. "Transformational" is a great word because it can be good or bad, and yes I thought the bit that seemed more like praise was used as a tool for a result. Yes, the statement that Canada had US to thank for the increase in their military was a master stroke.

The way tRump cannot speak without lying about stats and obsessing about how bad he wants us all to think Biden was and the Biden economy, it's obvious he's intensely defensive about his own stats and ability. Among the crazy statements he just made was that half the illegal migrants into the US have committed at least one murder - and those things just glide right by people's glazed ears as he gish gallops on his privilege to speak uninterrupted no matter what ridiculously foolish stuff we are supposed to "believe" or at least let pass.

As an American, I just felt overwhelmed and embarrassed by this meeting. It’s actually jarring to watch the rambling and lying of the orange one. He barely let Prime Minister Carney get a word in. The orange one thinks of himself as brilliant. PM Carney is brilliant.

If there is a silver lining in Trump’s election here in the US, it’s that the tide of countries turning to authoritarianism worldwide, appears to have turned in the wake of the Canadian and Australian elections. It seems the entire world has become sick of Trump’s shenanigans.

I never noticed how small the front door to the White House is… it almost seems like a side door?!
